Merchandise Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policies

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Thank you for making your purchase with us we sincerely appreciate your business. If for any reason you need to return/exchange/warranty an item you bought through us our policy is below.
• Fill out the return/exchange sheet included in your package and ship the item back to us.
• Regular price and sale Item(s)
– LIKE SOLD CONDITION items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for full refund.
• Clearance item(s)
– LIKE SOLD CONDITION items have 7 days for full refund, after 7 days a store credit or exchange will be issued. (Clearance items are indicated with a price ending with .99)
• No returns on:
– Kayaks, Canoes and SUPs.
– Food items.
– Any hygienic concerning products for re-sell.
– Climbing and safety devices or items.
– Canister fuel.
– Consignment or used items.
– All open or used car racks/accessories/components.
Credit Card & PayPal Purchases
If you are shipping the item back to the store: You can expect a credit card / PayPal refund within six (6) business days from the time we receive your returned items (per the conditions stated above). You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund. However, it may take one (1) to two (2) credit card statements for the credit to appear on your printed credit card account depending on your credit card provider and policies. A quick call to your credit card company will confirm that the credit has been applied. There is no refund on shipping to or from the store.
If you bring the item into the store: For purchases using a credit card and/or PayPal, we can refund you via the website in one (1) business day, for exchanges at or above the purchase price we can take care of you immediately with no delay for purchases on credit card or PayPal. There is no refund on shipping to or from the store.

We understand that there may be a defect with the product you purchased, if that is the case or you are not sure contact us and we will start the process of getting you taken care of.
Any item not in stock at the time your order is received will be back-ordered (unless the item is no longer available). This means that all available items will be shipped right away, while those currently unavailable will be sent to you once we receive them. You will receive an email giving you the choice of canceling the item or waiting until the back-ordered item is available. All back-ordered items will be sent to you free of shipping.
FREE shipping on purchases of $75 or more; $7.95 flat shipping cost for regular items of less than $75. Shipping costs subject to change without notice.
Domestic U.S. Shipping:
We ship to anywhere in the United States. The US Postal Service is our preferred shipping service. In the continental U.S., Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-4 business days. Express Mail usually arrives the next business day. We reserve the right to ship the best method to meet your needs. We also are not responsible for delivery delays, including but not limited to weather-related delays.
We’re sorry, but Great Miami Outfitters currently does not ship overseas. At this time, we only ship to U.S. states.
We Ship Quickly!
Online orders received before 1:00PM on a regular business day are usually shipped the following business day. However, we make every effort to ship on the same day, if possible, once payment has been authorized. Shipping and handling charges are based on shipments to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
Please inspect the condition of your purchase at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately to carrier driver for claims processing.
Special Shipping Costs
Some items may have a special shipping cost. Shipping cost of these items will be listed in the item’s description.
Oversized or Heavy Items:
Shipping large or heavy items costs extra. Please refer to the specific product page for additional shipping charges which will be added to your order at the time of purchase.

The US Postal Service does not pick up or deliver on Christmas or on New Year’s Day, or any other national holiday. If you have any other questions about our holiday shipping schedule or any other of our shipping policies, please call 1-937-938-5009.
TAXES AND FEES
Sales tax will be added to the total order for OHIO residents at the current rate of 7.25%; Customers outside of Ohio, pay direct all other (local) taxes/fees where applicable (including any required out of state sales or use tax on order purchases).
The use/inspection of outdoor products should always be supervised by responsible adults; no product fitness for any particular use is expressed or implied. Customer/user assumes all liability for personal or property mishap during use/inspection of any Great Miami Outfitters sales product.
Outdoor sporting activities can be dangerous…. proper training in the use and care of outdoor equipment, by certified sources, is strongly advised. Always wear a certified life jacket or vest while engaging in water sports.
