Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policies

RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied with any item, return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition, with their original packaging and instructions.
• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Item(s) must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as order was sent.
• Item(s) must include all original tags, packaging, and instructions.
• Item(s) must include a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip.
• No refunds on shipping charges, TO or FROM the store.
REFUNDS
RESTOCKING FEE: All orders will be subject to a 10% of purchase price restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Online Orders and Phone Orders Refunds
You can expect a credit card refund within 5 business days from the time we receive your returned items. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund. However, it may take one to two credit card statements for the credit to appear on your printed account. You may make a call to your credit card company to confirm that the credit has been applied.
Store Purchase Refunds
For purchases using a credit card, we can swipe the original credit card used and issue a refund with a receipt. However, keep in mind that it may take one to two credit card statement cycles for the refund credit to appear on your printed account statement. You may make a call to your credit card company to confirm that the credit has been applied.
Cash purchases over $20 may not be refunded immediately. We will issue a Great Miami Outfitters refund check and mail it to you within 10 business days.
Purchases using a check will not be refunded immediately. We will issue a Great Miami Outfitters refund check and mail it to you within 20 business days.
BACK-ORDERS
Any item not in stock at the time your order is received will be back-ordered. This means that all available items will be shipped right away, while those currently unavailable will be sent to you once we receive them. You will receive an email giving you the choice of canceling the item or waiting until the back-ordered item is available. All back-ordered items will be sent to you free of shipping.
SHIPMENTS
Shipping costs subject to change without notice.
Domestic U.S. and Canada Shipping:
We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. The US Postal Service is our preferred shipping service. Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-3 business days. Express Mail arrives the next business day. We reserve the right to ship the best method to meet your needs.
International Shipping: We're sorry, but Great Miami Outfitters currently does not ship overseas. At this time, we only ship to U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
Online orders received before 1:00PM on a regular business day are usually shipped the following business day. However, we make every effort to ship on the same day, if possible, once payment has been authorized. Shipping and handling charges are based on shipments to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and all Canadian provinces.
Please inspect the condition of your purchase at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately to carrier driver for claims processing.
Some items may have a special shipping cost. Shipping cost of these items will be listed in the item's description.
Oversized or Heavy Items:
Shipping large or heavy items costs extra. Please refer to the specific product page for additional shipping charges which will be added to your order at the time of purchase.

Holiday Schedule:
The US Postal Service does not pick up or deliver on Christmas or on New Year's Day, or any other national holiday. If you have any other questions about our holiday shipping schedule or any other of our shipping policies, please call 1-877-947-8787.
TAXES AND FEES:
OH residents add 7.00% sales tax to total order; customers pay direct all other (local) taxes/fees where applicable (including any required out of state sales or use tax on mail order purchases).
WARRANTY/GUARANTEES:
We're not 100% enthusiastic about your purchase until you are. We know if we don't take care of you someone else will. At any time, let us know what we need to do to earn your confidence and loyalty. Please consider your purchase a safe one for you and allow us to exceed your expectations of what an outdoor store can be. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties will be handled cheerfully and quickly. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers discretion under the terms specified by factory warranty or guarantee which ever may be the case. Please inspect condition of your purchase at time of delivery. Report all damage claims to carrier driver for processing.
SAFETY:
The use/inspection of outdoor products should always be supervised by responsible adults; no product fitness for any particular use is expressed or implied. Customer/user assumes all liability for personal or property mishap during use/inspection of any Great Miami Outfitters sales product.
Outdoor sporting activities can be dangerous.... proper training in the use and care of outdoor equipment, by certified sources, is strongly advised. Always wear a certified life jacket or vest while engaging in water sports.
